Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using Traaks, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use Traaks. Certain features may be subject to additional terms, rules, or policies, and those additional terms become part of this agreement when you use those features.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Traaks changes. If we make material updates, we may notify you by posting the revised Terms, updating the date above, sending a message, or using another reasonable method. Your continued use of Traaks after updated Terms take effect means you accept the changes.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. Please review it carefully before using Traaks.

Eligibility and Accounts

Traaks is intended for users who are at least 13 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You may need to create an account, accept an invitation, choose login credentials, and provide accurate and current information.

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under your account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

Invite-Only groups

Traaks is designed for private groups of trusted people. You agree to respect the privacy and expectations of people in your groups. You should not copy, screenshot, export, or redistribute private content from Traaks outside the app unless you have permission from the people involved and doing so is allowed by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Traaks in a way that:

• Violates any law, regulation, contract, intellectual property right, privacy right, or other right.
• Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempts to obtain another user's password, account, private information, or content without permission.
• Interferes with the security, availability, or proper operation of Traaks.
• Uses bots, scrapers, crawlers, automated tools, or bulk data collection without our written permission.
• Copies, stores, sells, reverse engineers, or exploits any significant portion of Traaks except as allowed by these Terms.
• Submits false, misleading, unlawful, or rights-infringing content.

Your Content

You are responsible for ratings, reviews, photos, notes, messages, lists, profile information, and other content you submit to Traaks. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content and that it complies with these Terms.

You keep ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant Traaks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, transmit, and use your content as needed to operate, improve, and provide Traaks, including making it visible to users in your groups according to your settings.

Traaks Content and Rights

Traaks and its software, design, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, data, and other materials are owned by Traaks or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Traaks for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Copyright Concerns

If you believe content on Traaks infringes your copyright, contact us with enough information to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized. Replace this section with a complete DMCA policy and designated agent information before launch if appropriate.

Third-Party Services

Traaks may include links or integrations with third-party services, such as app stores, maps, login providers, payment processors, social platforms, or venue information providers. We do not control those third parties, and their terms and policies govern your use of their services.

Paid Services

If Traaks offers paid features, subscriptions, free trials, or in-app purchases, the price, billing terms, renewal terms, cancellation process, and refund rules will be disclosed when you purchase. Payments through the Apple App Store or Google Play may be governed by those stores' terms, billing settings, and refund policies.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled through your app store or account settings. You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not want to be charged.

Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Traaks or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee that Traaks will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Termination

You may stop using Traaks at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for Traaks or other users, or used the service in a harmful or unlawful way. Account termination may result in loss of access to content, groups, and other account information.

Disclaimers

Traaks is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Place ratings, reviews, recommendations, and other content are provided by users and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or subjective. You are responsible for your own decisions about where to eat, drink, visit, or spend money.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traaks and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of Traaks.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Traaks harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Traaks, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

Disputes

Add your preferred governing law, venue, arbitration, and class action waiver language here after legal review. If you plan to include binding arbitration or a class action waiver, this section should be reviewed carefully before publishing.
